There are 4 service packages that you can choose from based on your immediate needs. Each package includes guaranteed hours each month and priority booking. We aim to make this service affordable and fair given your financial situation. For families with individuals with specials needs, please check out funding assistance provided by Telic Empowerment.
Overnight care is available , but will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to determine if you qualify for these services.
Bronze
Guaranteed 10 hours per month
$600 monthly/$150 per week
Silver
Guaranteed 15 hours per month
$800 monthly/$200 per week
Gold
Guaranteed 20 hours per month
$1000 monthly/$250 per week
Sibling Pricing Chart

Age 3-8 years old
$35 per hour
Age 9-17 years old

Travel Care
This service aims to assistance families during their entire vacation stay. This includes local, out of state, and out of the country trips
Parent Consultation
Flat rate of $100 per consultation
This service aims to assist parents in learning effective strategies that will, in turn, improve their child's skills and reduce the frequency of challenging behaviors. These strategies, that have been proven through research, will be taught in a way that's easy to learn and easy to remember. The goal is for caregivers/parents to gain confidence as these skills are practiced across environments to support their child's growth.
Payment Methods
Currently accepting private paying clients. Families with waivers are welcomed, but coverage would need to be verified.
Booking Inquiries
Prior to booking a service, a video consultation will be required for each family with the intent to discuss your families particular needs. Once your needs are identified, we will determine if GCC is a good fit for your family.

Scheduling and Cancellation
After the video consultation and the family has selected the service package (s) they desire, a link will be sent via email where they can access the calendar to book appointments. All available days will be updated a month in advance.
All bookings should be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the desired service date. If a date needs to be rescheduled, it should be completed 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled without a 24-hour notice, you will not be able to reschedule the appointment. All service hours should be redeemed within the same month. No unused hours will be redeemable within the next month.
